Safari to Meru National Park

Upon your arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, our driver guide will be waiting for you, easily recognizable by the company name sign. After a briefing, head straight to Meru National Park. Keep an eye out for wildlife as you enter the park and enjoy a delicious lunch upon arrival. In the afternoon, embark on a game drive to spot various animals such as lions, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, hippos, and more. Return to the hotel in the evening for a peaceful night's rest at Ikweta Safari Camp.

Start the day with a hearty breakfast and enjoy a full day game drive. Meru National Park, made famous by the book and film 'Born Free,' is home to a wide range of wildlife. Expect to see buffalo, bushbuck, eland, duiker, elephant, gazelle, giraffe, genet, hartebeest, kudu, impala, waterbuck, gravy zebra, baboons, jackal, hyena, lion, oryx, mongoose, oribis, vervet monkeys, warthogs, and more. Bird enthusiasts can spot a variety of bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park and return to Ikweta Safari Camp for dinner and overnight.

Start the day with coffee or tea at the lodge, followed by an early morning game drive to spot animals and big cats that may be active after the night. Return to the lodge for a full breakfast, check out, and commence your journey via the Mombasa-Nairobi highway. In the evening, you'll be transferred to the airport for your return flight home.
